I’ve been blessed with over two decades in the Bodywork industry, an academic background in Psychology/Counseling, and the regular, yet riveting daily shenanigans that arise from running my own practice for over 12 years.
My business survived a dang pandemic, for goodness sakes! Although I had to embrace the idea that sometimes growth means scaling back. My bounceback game is FIRE & I’m ready to help other MTs level up as well.

I’ve totally been there, messed up, re-assessed, tried again, and again, and again - until I figured it out. And I’m still learning lessons every single day. Once I started finally living up to my potential business-wise, I contemplated how much faster I might have arrived at that point, had I the chance to work with a Coach/Mentor/Veteran in the field of Massage Therapy. I knew that I had so many systems and tools to teach other MTs, so that they could evolve and thrive, and in a shorter amount of time than it took me! I’ve made loads of mistakes, without a doubt.. But I continue to learn and grow every single day. I so enjoy helping all kinds of people, but particularly MY PEOPLE - Massage Therapists & Bodyworkers!
